Beautiful hotel rooms - always very clean (you can smell how clean it is each day which is very nice). Great amount of space even in the standard doubles. Lovely bathroom with those giant showerheads too. Kettle and tea provided in the room, as well as an espresso machine. Nice TV in the room with netflix you can sign into. Rooms are nice and warm if you are coming in winter months - very cosy. Comfortable beds - slept very well here. Mini fridge in the room too. We didn't include breakfast with our stay but there are lots of lovely bakeries along this street which open between 7am and 9am and serve lots of tasty pastries, bread, sandwiches and coffee and hot drinks for very good prices (and on the way to the centre). Walk to the centre is about 5/10 mins and the Wawel castle is just around the corner. Great location if you are booking trips - most of them do pick up and drop off to a stop just across the road from here. Staff are friendly and always at reception so you can come and go at whatever time suits you.

Great location 3 minutes walking distance to the Vistula river and castle, 10 minutes to Rynek Glowny square. Exceptionally clean and well appointed, staff could not have been more attentive. Towels were replaced daily as was bottled water at no extra charge. There was a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge in the room plus air conditioning which was very welcome as the weather was exceptionally hot. The room was based at the front of the hotel and was very quiet as the tram works are now completed. The pillows were exceptional so much so that we have returned home and purchased large continental pillows for our own bed. Breakfast choices were either hot or cold which we thoroughly enjoyed, the restaurant was open to the general public on an evening as an Italian eatery and the food was superb, staff were very helpful and polite. We would not hesitate in staying here again, the hotel made the holiday a wonderful, relaxing experience and we have recommended to friends and family.

My mum and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel 32 Krakow Old Town at the beginning of December. Check in was smooth (our room was ready despite us arriving a little early) and we could go straight to our room. The reception staff were all helpful and friendly, sharing maps with us, recommendations of how to use local transport to the Salt Mine and making restaurant reservations on our behalf. Our room was a good temperature and a good size for two to share, beds were super comfy and we were at the back of the hotel so it was quiet. Not sure how noisy the tram would be if our room was at the front. The hotel is really well located, a short walk in to the old town, near the castle and next to the bus and tram stops. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was also excellent a great selection of food, no matter what time we arrived to eat. Overall we were really impressed!

I stayed for 5 days, this place is amazing! 10 mins walk to the Main Square. I havent tried the breakfast as there are cute brunch places and bakeries close but it was good to know it's a back-up option to book. There was always free water & tea in the room and it was spotless throughout my stay (i travel a lot and have rearely seen such cleanliness!!). Easily reachable by airport bus 300 (stop Jubilat). Very friendly staff, available 24/7. Very quiet during both day and nighttime for proper sleep, I also worked at times with no interruption/distractions. Totally recommend this place.

The location was super convenient and just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. I had room n 32 top floor, and it was quiet, spotless clean, and had all the faciities needed. The hotel also has a small sauna & shower on the first floor that can be used by guests with no extra cost. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety to choose from. I highly raccomand this hotel as for a 3 star hotel it definetly give a higher standard of service than some other accommodation with higher stars.
